Where is my order? I haven't received a tracking number.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Your tracking number is sent to your email once the parcel is handed to the courier. If you haven't received it after 48 hours, check your spam folder first, then reach out here with your order ID.

How do I activate my QR tag after receiving it?

Scan the QR code printed on your tag using any phone camera — no app needed. It will open the registration page at pawqr.in/register. Fill in your pet's details and your contact number, and you're live in under 5 minutes.

I need to return or exchange my order. What's the process?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unregistered products. Please mention your order number in the message form above. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process within 24 hours.

Can I update my pet's profile after registration?

Yes — log in to your pet dashboard at pawqr.in/my-pets using the phone number you registered with. You can update your pet's photo, medical information, contact numbers, and vet details at any time. Changes go live instantly.

Does PawQR work without internet or a smartphone?

The QR tag itself requires no battery or internet — it always works. However, the person who finds your dog needs a smartphone with a camera to scan the tag. Any iPhone or Android phone from the last 8 years can scan a QR code without installing any app.
