Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Courier Partners
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, or DTDC depending on your pincode and the fastest available route. You do not need to choose a courier — we select the optimal option automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with a tracking number and courier link
- An SMS with the tracking number
You can also contact us at support@pawqr.in with your order number for a status update.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by PawQR in most circumstances — contact us to discuss.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us at support@pawqr.in within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
