Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PawQR Kit. We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products and a 30-day replacement policy for defective or damaged products.
14-Day Return Window (Unused Products)
You may return your PawQR Kit within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility
- The kit must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
- The QR tag must not have been registered with a pet profile. Once a QR tag is registered, it is personalised and cannot be returned.
- All items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Food pouches must be unopened — opened pouches cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
- The kit must be in resaleable condition with no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@pawqr.in with your order number and the reason for return (optional — we just want to improve).
- We will arrange a free courier pickup from your delivery address within 2–3 business days. No return label is required — our courier will collect the package directly from you. Simply have the items in their original packaging ready for pickup.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).
- The refund amount is the full purchase price (₹1,699 per kit, or proportional for multi-unit orders).
- Shipping charges (if any were applicable) are included in the refund.
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days to appear in your account.
30-Day Replacement (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your kit arrives damaged or with a defective QR tag, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost — no return required. This applies to manufacturing defects and courier damage only, not customer-caused damage.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@pawqr.in with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and either re-ship or issue a full refund.
