1. Products and Orders

PawQR sells the PawQR Dog Emergency Kit, which includes physical goods (emergency supplies, QR tag) and a digital service (QR profile hosting).

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. The price at the time of your order will be honoured.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

2. QR Profile Service

  • The QR profile service is provided free of charge as part of your kit purchase.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information on your pet's profile.
  • You must not include false, misleading, or illegal content on your pet's profile.
  • PawQR reserves the right to remove profiles that violate these Terms.
  • We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any consequences arising from temporary service unavailability.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: The PawQR Kit and associated content (emergency guides, blog articles, first aid information) are provided for general informational and emergency preparedness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your dog's health needs. In any medical emergency, seek veterinary care immediately. PawQR does not accept liability for any outcomes arising from use of information provided on this website or in kit materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on pawqr.in — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of PawQR and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
